Anthony M.C. Alexander, B.A. (Hon.) (Queen’s) 1988, M.A. (Queen’s) 1989, LL.B. (Toronto) 1992, called to the Bar of Ontario 1994, partner at the firm of Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. Mr. Alexander’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, cross-border proceedings, class actions, intellectual property litigation and administrative/regulatory matters. He has been involved in litigation at all levels of court and before various tribunals. Mr. Alexander writes and teaches on a variety of private law issues, including commercial disputes, tort and contract claims, class actions, and matters of professional practice and evidence.
