Research Interest
Dr. Sessle’s internationally-renowned research into orofacial pain and neuromuscular function and dysfunction has been supported for over 40 years by both the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and the U.S. National Institutes of Health. He has published 12 books and more than 400 journal articles and book chapters. Dr. Sessle was Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry from 1990-2001.
