Biography
Len Brooks is a Professor of Business Ethics & Accounting in the Department of Management at University of Toronto Mississauga, with a cross-appointment to the Accounting area at Rotman. He is also the Executive Director of the Clarkson Centre for Business Ethics & Board Effectiveness, the Director of the University's Professional Accounting Centre and of its Diploma in Investigative & Forensic Accounting Program / Master of Forensic Accounting Program. His research interests include governance, business and professional ethics, risk management, ethical decision making, conflicts of interest, and developing and maintaining an ethical corporate culture.
