Biography
Dr. Rafael is an experienced Organizational Behaviour Consultant with a strong, demonstrated capacity to leverage human capital for the benefit of organizations and people alike. In his ten plus years of innovative implementation of human resource practices, he has been able to overcome widespread organizational challenges, and successfully implement and realize the benefits of lasting and meaningful change. His area of specialty, including his doctoral thesis, is the study and application of Psychological Contracts. More often than not, his psychological contract tool has been applied to succession planning, exploration and encapsulation of leadership identity, and the subsequent management of all related matters. Rafael has produced positive organizational enhancements, ensuring business continuity and appropriate risk mitigation across the global, regional, and local organizations.
