Biography
Dr. Irwin is the education lead for the Department of Anesthesia at North York General Hospital. He is an advocate of the enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) model, a multimodal evidence-based approach to patient care. Dr. Irwin coordinates clerkships and supervises residents at North York general Hospital and is a recipient of the Whitman-Berris Individual Teaching Award.
