Biography
Dr. David Lindsay joined the staff of the Department of Surgery, Division of General Surgery at St. Joseph's Health Centre on July 1, 1999. Dr Lindsay is a graduate of the University of Toronto Medical School and the Gallie Postgraduate Program, having attained his Fellowship in General Surgery in June of 1998. The following year, he was a clinical fellow both at St. Joseph's Health Centre and the Hospital for Sick Children, where he was the first fellowship general surgeon to take and complete an unique course providing further training in general pediatric surgery. The aim of this was to provide Dr. Lindsay with the necessary skills to begin a practice in pediatric general surgery as well as adult general surgery.
