Dominique Hussey McGill University, BSc, 1997; McGill University, LLB, 1997; Columbia University (USA), LLM, 2002. Called to the bar of Ontario 1999; called to the bar of New York, 2002; called to the bar of EDNY and SDNY 2004; called to the bar of Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, 2004. Dominique is the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group leader. Her practice emphasizes pharmaceutical litigation and trademark prosecution and litigation, and involves litigating and negotiating and structuring settlements of all types of intellectual property disputes. She is consulted on regulatory, trademark, copyright and patent matters, including in the course of corporate mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and joint ventures. Dominique also assists in due diligence and IP matters on technology deals and works on consumer and retail product, pharmaceutical and biotechnology-specific commercial matters.
