Biography

Eric M. Roher, B.A. (Toronto) 1978, LL.B. (McGill) 1985, M.A. (Brown University) 1982, called to the Bar of Ontario 1987. Mr. Roher is a partner with the law firm Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and practices in the area of education law, labour relations and employment law. He is the National Leader of the Borden Ladner Gervais LLP Education Law Group. Mr. Roher is the author of An Educator's Guide to the Role of the Principal, Second Edition (with Simon Wormwell), An Educator’s Guide to Safe Schools (with Robert Weir), An Educator’s Guide to Violence in Schools, Second Edition, and Violence in the Workplace, Fourth Edition, in addition to numerous articles. He is the editor of the Borden Ladner Gervais LLP Education Law Newsletter. Mr. Roher acts for a number of school boards and independent schools throughout the Province of Ontario. Eric M.
