Biography

Glen R. Johnson, B.A. (Queen’s) 1989, LL.B. (Osgoode Hall) 1992, called to the Bar of Ontario in 1994, partner at Torys LLP. His practice includes securities regulation and corporate finance matters, with a focus on domestic and cross-border securities offerings. He has been involved in a wide range of public equity and debt offerings, private placements and M&A transactions, with a particular emphasis on structured products. He also advises Canadian issuers and securities industry participants on various regulatory compliance matters, including listings, governance and disclosure issues and regulation of market participants in Canada. He is a member of the Securities Law Subcommittee, Ontario Bar Association and a past member of the Ontario Securities Commission’s Securities Advisory Committee. Glen R.
