Biography
Dr. Zhang’s translational research program focuses on the investigation of mechanisms and therapy in ARDS and sepsis from examining cell-cell interaction, molecular signaling, immune responses in cell models to testing ventilatory, pharmacological and cell delivery approaches in animal models and in clinical trials. Currently he is working as a Professor in the Department of Anesthesia at the University of Toronto.
