As an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, Dr. Jacob Hirsh works to help individuals and organizations better identify, understand, and develop their human potential. Integrating theoretical frameworks and methodological approaches, his research explores the social, psychological, and neural processes that support effective motivation, decision-making, and self-regulation. Dr. Hirsh has published his work in journals such as Psychological Review, Psychological Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Perspectives on Psychological Science.
