Research Interest
Dr. Husain has been involved in developing Inter Professional Education module in Palliative Care, which has been offered since March 2011. She led the task force which developed and implemented oral care protocol for Long Term Care patients at Sunnybrook Health Science Center. Dr. Husain’s clinical interests are treatment protocols for the geriatric patient especially those suffering from dementia.
