Jake Bobrowski a Diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine and a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, certified by the Canadian Society of Addiction Medicine and the American Society of Addiction Medicine. Jake Bobrowski have been a member of the medical staff, Center for Addiction and Mental Health, and have acted as a consultant in this capacity. Jake Bobrowski is a staff physician, University Health Network, cross appointed in family medicine and psychiatry. Director of the Board of the Alpha House Recovery Home, and he also act as Medical Director of this institution.
