Biography
Dr. Jan Andrysek is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Biomaterials & Biomedical Engineering, University of Toronto , Canada. His research interests includes Design, development and clinical evaluation of interventions that aim to improve mobility and postural balance in children and adults with lower-limb impairments. This includes the development of new prosthetic and orthotic technologies, as well as evaluation of potential interventions such as video game systems for improving postural balance.. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Jan Andrysek is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Design, development and clinical evaluation of interventions that aim to improve mobility and postural balance in children and adults with lower-limb impairments. This includes the development of new prosthetic and orthotic technologies, as well as evaluation of potential interventions such as video game systems for improving postural balance..
