Biography
Dr. Jan K. Spelt, P.Eng., has been a Professor in the Department of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering, University of Toronto since 1988, and is cross-appointed to the Department of Materials Science & Engineering. He is also an adjunct professor at Ryerson University. Prior to this he worked with Alcan International. His research interests include microelectronic packaging, adhesive joining, and applications of controlled erosion such as abrasive jet micro-machining and vibratory surface finishing. Dr. Jan K.
