Jessica Feldman, LLB, T.E.P. is a senior associate lawyer at Bales Beall LLP practicing in the area of trusts, estate planning and estate administration. Ms. Feldman is a registered member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and has been an executive member of the Ontario Bar Association's Trusts & Estates section since 2012. Ms. Feldman's practice centers around assisting clients in the drafting of wills, family trusts, domestic contracts and powers of attorney. She also advises executors, beneficiaries and trustees on all matters related to the administration of estates and trusts.
