Dr. John Hadjigeorgiou is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Civil & Mineral Engineering, University of Toronto , Canada. His research interests includes rock characterization, slope stability, tunnelling, reinforcement and support, and mine design. He has advised the major mining companies on the management of mining risk and its impact on operations.. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. John Hadjigeorgiou is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to rock characterization, slope stability, tunnelling, reinforcement and support, and mine design.
