Biography
Katherine Vitale Lopez, B.A., J.D., is a magna cum laude graduate of the Notre Dame Law School, where she served as Executive Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review. After graduating, she practiced business litigation and antitrust law as an associate with King & Spalding, LLP in Washington, D.C., where her pro bono activities earned her a place on the Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll in 2011. Ms. Lopez is admitted to practice before the courts of the District of Columbia, Virginia and the Eastern District of Virginia. Ms. Lopez teaches a course on legal writing, analysis and research. She also teaches courses on oral presentation skills and editing at the School of Graduate Studies.
