Biography

Kenneth Cole is a partner at Epstein Cole, LLP with a focus on family law. He has appeared in all courts of Ontario, including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has served as a dispute resolution officer for the Superior Court of Justice. Kenneth lectures frequently on family law topics for the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Bar Association, drawing on his background as a family law instructor for the Bar Admission Course. Kenneth lecturers in advanced family law at the University of Toronto and Osgoode Hall Law School and has been a lecturer in the LL.M. Family Law program for Osgoode Hall Law School over the last two years. Kenneth is the former head of the Family Law Practice Skills program for the Bar Admission Course. In addition to his extensive speaking experience, Kenneth is also the author of numerous family law articles discussing variation and enforcement of support orders and procedural issues, valuation of professional practices and businesses for family law purposes, mediation in family law, and other topics.
