Biography

Kenneth Jull, graduate of University of Toronto (Victoria College) 1978, Osgoode Hall Law School, (LL.B., 1981) (LL.M., 1985). Mr. Jull is Counsel at Gardiner Roberts LLP presently on a two year interchange as General Counsel with the Competition Bureau in Ottawa. Mr. Jull is the co-author of Regulatory and Corporate Liability: From Due Diligence to Risk Management, (co-authors are Justice Todd Archibald and Professor Kent Roach), which is used as a textbook in his courses taught at both the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law and Osgoode Hall Law School at the graduate level.
