Biography

Dr. Kinnor Chattopadhyay is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Materials Science & Engineering, University of Toronto , Canada. His research interests includes The Process Metallurgy and Modelling Group focuses on physical and mathematical modelling of metallurgical process for  designing new processes, better understanding of existing process, operational improvements, and to perform ‘what if’ and ‘root cause’ analyses of problems. Fundamentals of metallurgical thermodynamics, transport phenomena and CFD modelling are applied to simulate real industrial processes.. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Kinnor Chattopadhyay is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
