Biography
Michael Dineen, B.A. (Hons) (Queen's) 1999, LL.B. (Toronto) 2002, called to the Bar of Ontario 2003. Mr. Dineen articled with the Crown Law Office - Criminal. Since his call to the bar he has practiced as a criminal defence lawyer with a focus on appeals at the law firms of Lockyer Campbell (2004-2005), Pinkofsksys (2006-2012), and currently Dawe & Dineen. Mr. Dineen is a legal editor for the Canadian Criminal Cases, a member of the Canadian Case Assessment Group of the Association in Defence of the Wrongfully Convicted, and a member of the Court of Appeal for Ontario's Inmate Appeals Duty Counsel program.
