Biography
Nader R. Hasan, A.B. (Harvard) 2002, M.Phil (Cambridge) 2003, J.D. (University of Toronto) 2006. Mr. Hasan is counsel with the Toronto law firm Stockwoods LLP, specializing in criminal and constitutional litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. He has argued at every level of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, where he regularly appears on behalf of both accused persons and civil liberties organizations. He has also appeared in state and federal courts in the United States. Mr. Hasan has been a member of the adjunct faculty since 2010. Nader R. Hasan, A.B.
