Biography
Roger Martin served as Dean of the Rotman School from 1998 to 2013. Roger researches Integrative Thinking, Business Design and country competitiveness. In his current role, Roger is the institute Director of the Martin Prosperity Institute with a research focus on democratic capitalism and of the Michael Lee-Chin Family Institute for Corporate Citizenship.
