Biography
After finishing my studies I taught at Concordia University, McGill University, Bishop’s University, York University, Ryerson University, and University of Toronto. Since 1996, I have been a full-time faculty member at U of T Scarborough in the areas of Finance and Management Science. I have owned and managed a retail and wholesale food business, and worked as a contractual consultant with a Treasury Consultancy firm in the areas of financial and commodity risk management. I also delivered seminar to the bankers on behalf of the Institute of Canadian Bankers, and received one of the highest ratings in Ontario in teaching effectiveness. I have conducted research in the areas of Job Stress, Male/Female Wage Differentials, Organizational Commitment, and Oil and the OPEC. I have published papers in the Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences, and the Journal of Human Relations.
