Biography
Dr. Der is a staff anesthesiologist at SickKids and the director of Neurosurgical and Craniofacial Anesthesia with the University Health Network. Her clinical interests in neurosurgical anesthesia include awake craniotomies in children and Moyamoya disease in addition to craniosynostosis repairs and blood conservation in craniofacial anesthesia. Her research has recently been published in the Journal of Clinical Neurology and Paediatric Anaesthesia.
