Biography
Tim Hadwen, BA (Toronto) 1980, LLB (Toronto) 1984, is Assistant Deputy Minister, Health System Accountability and Performance Division, Ministry of Health, where he is working on transformation of Local Health Integration Networks. Previously, Tim was Assistant Deputy Minister of the Labour Relations Division, Ontario Ministry of Education and of the Broader Public Sector Labour Relations Secretariat of the Ontario Ministry of Government Services, and the Director of the Legal Services Branches of the Ministry of Government Services and Ministry of Labour. Prior to joining the government, he was General Counsel to the Ontario Public Service Employees Union, Manager of the Ontario Nurses’ Association’s litigation and membership benefits department, and in private practice as a partner with the labour law firm Cavalluzzo Hayes Shilton McIntyre and Cornish. Tim is co-author of the legal text on Ontario Public Service Employment and Labour Law.
