Biography
Jennifer began her musical studies at the age of 16, leaving her home in Ohio to attend Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan. She holds music degrees from the Eastman School of Music and Rice University. Her career spans North America, having held orchestral positions in Mexico, the United States and currently Principal Bassoon with the Victoria Symphony. In addition to performing, she is a frequent participant in chamber recitals and an active member of the Victoria based, new music ensemble Aventa. Jennifer has taught bassoon at the University of Victoria since 2006
