Biography
Brian Cozzarin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Sciences at the University of Waterloo. He received his Doctorate, Agricultural Economics, University of Illinois. His research interests include: economics of technological change; government program evaluation; patenting and intellectual property; university commercialization activities; entrepreneurship and venture capital. His research has appeared in journals such as: Omega, Economics of Innovation and New Technology, Industry and Innovation, Air and Space Power Journal, and Scientometrics.
