Biography
Dr. Carl T. Haas, is working as a Professor, Canada Research Chair. He is the Member of Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering (CAE), Fellow of the US National Academy of Construction (NAC), Canadian Society of Civil Engineers (CSCE).
