Biography
Prof/Dr. Jee-Hae Lim is completed her Ph.D. in Accounting, University of Kansas (Fall 2002 – May 2006). Currently she is working as a Associate Professor in Waterloo University. She has successfully completed his/her Administrative responsibilities as Chair of Recruiting Committee, 2016-current, Chair of Scientific Committee, UW-CISA, 2015-current. She is awarded for The Best Paper Award, IT/IS Governance Track-The 2016 PACIS Conference, The Distinguished Teacher Award, University of Waterloo, 2016, The Best Paper Award, The 2015 AAA-AIS Mid-Year Conference, PwC Professorship of Accounting, University of Waterloo, 2014-2019. she is serving as an editorial member of several reputed journals like Editorial Boards: International Journal of Accounting Information Systems (2012 - 2013), Editorial Boards: Journal of Information Systems (2012 - current), Associate Editor: International Journal of Accounting Information Systems (2014 - current).
Research Interest
Impact of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) events (e.g., IT investments, IT controls, IT governance, outsourcing, and XBRL) on financial measures in short and long-term value creation and pre and post- realized value.
