Biography
Liping Fang received his B.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering from Tianjin University, China, in1982 and M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada, in 1985 and 1989, respectively. Dr. Fang is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Ryerson Polytechnic University, Toronto, Canada, and Director of Ryerson's School of Industrial Engineering. Dr. Fang is also an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo.
