Biography
Prof/Dr Michael MacDonald has received his PhD in PhD, California, Berkeley University. Currently, he/she is working as Associate Professor in University of Waterloo. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as English language and literature associate professor. His research has included the history and theory of rhetoric, media studies (especially propaganda and media war), and rhetoric and philosophy. Based on this research and fellowship training he has received several awards and honors, such as Distinguished Teacher Award 2015, Outstanding Faculty Performance Award 2015, Excellence in Arts Teaching Award 2014, etc,. He/she is a member of Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) of Canada Seed Grant, American Committee for the Advancement of Early Studies "Novus†Award.
Research Interest
The history and theory of rhetoric, media studies (especially propaganda and media war), and rhetoric and philosophy.
