Biography
Mustafa Yavuz is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering with cross-appointments to Electrical and Computer Engineering and Systems Design Engineering. He is also the Director of the Nano- and Micro- Systems Lab at the Waterloo Institute of Nanotechnology.
