Dr. Nandita Basu Research Interests includes Nutrient legacies in anthropogenic landscapes, Watershed hydrology and biogeochemistry under climate and land-use change, Fate and transport of nutrients and emerging contaminants in human-dominated landscapes, Catchment travel-time distributions and their role in predicting water quality across scales, Modeling hydrology and water quality in depressional landscapes (prairie potholes in US and Canada, rainwater harvesting systems in India) and Sustainability of water resources in semi-arid regions of the developing world (ongoing project in India)
