Biography
Qi-Ming He is a Professor in the Management Sciences department at the University of Waterloo. Dr. He is a member of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS), and the Canadian Operational Research Society (CORS). He is also the Conference Co-Chair for the International Conference on Matrix-Analytic Methods in Stochastic Models (2008 and 2016), and the conference Co-Organizer for the Annual conference for Canadian Queueing Theorists and Practitioners (2007 and 2013).
