Biography
Dr. Stefano Normani, Research Assistant Professor in University of Waterloo.
Research Interest
Development and application of advanced multi-physics computational models for simulating complex subsurface environments. Modelling of density-dependent groundwater flow, contaminant fate and transport, hydromechanical coupling, and multi-phase fluid flow in porous and fractured media. Paleohydrogeological modelling of the impact of continental ice-sheets on pore fluid migration at depth in both sedimentary and crystalline rock settings.
