Biography
Aaron Moore (BA Hons, University of Toronto, 2004; MA, University of Western Ontario, 2005; PhD, University of Western Ontario, 2009) is an expert on urban politics and public policy. His interests include: the politics and governance of urban development and planning, municipal governance and finance, the governance and finance of infrastructure, municipal elections, and urban public administration. He is currently a fellow at the Institute on Municipal Finance and Governance at the Munk School of Global Affairs, University of Toronto.
