Biography
Ms. Karen Hutson is the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President - Finance of Ironhorse Oil And Gas Inc. Ms. Hutson joined Ironhorse in 2012 as Vice President Finance & CFO. Ms. Hutson is responsible for the Company's financial management, reporting, tax and treasury related activities. She has over 25 years of financial management and operations accounting experience in Canadian and international oil and gas industries. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Hutson held senior management positions at Northstar, Maxx Petroleum, and Tom Brown. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Chartered Accountant.
