Biography
Anna Trinh obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia and was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in August 2007. Ms. Trinh has over ten years experience in advising OTC and Venture Listed Companies regarding regulatory and other compliance filings, general corporate finance and corporate management matters. Ms. Trinh is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association (BC) and the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association.
