A seasoned entrepreneurial business leader with a track record of building and growing businesses from inception, Patrick has a diverse set of technical, management and strategic decision making skills, honed in a variety of companies from early stage start-ups to multi-national conglomerates. Prior to joining Stratford, Patrick held senior executive positions in R&D, product management and business strategy, and was the General Manager at Alcatel-Lucent with worldwide P&L responsibilities; leading R&D, product management, marketing, operations, professional services and support staff. A product guy at heart, Patrick is passionate about staying ahead of the technology curve and has extensive experience in launching leading edge technology products successfully from concepts to realization. Patrick believes successful businesses are built not just from technical superiority, but also a strong strategic vision and execution plan, coupled with a highly motivated team. His VP Product Consulting role at Stratford is built upon this objective to help ensure the right balance of technology, tactics and teams are in place to make a business successful.
