Christopher Mahoney

Biography

 Mr. Christopher Mahoney, Chris has been Director of The Agricultural Products Business Segment at Glencore International plc since November 2002 and is overseeing all global farming, logistics, processing and marketing businesses, responsible for both strategy and operations. Before Glencore, Mr. Mahoney spent 17 years with Cargill and held various management positions in sugar and grain, gaining expertise in the agricultural products industry and marketing operations. Mr. Mahoney joined Glencore in September 1998. From September 1998 to November 2002, he was responsible for Glencore’s agricultural product activities in the CIS, South Africa and South America. He has been a Director at Viterra, Inc. since January 2013. Mr. Mahoney holds an MA degree from Oxford University.
