Biography
Ms. Colleen Vancha has been Senior Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs at Viterra, Inc. since April 2009. Ms. Vancha served as a Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations of Viterra Inc., (formerly, Saskatchewan Wheat Pool Inc.) until March 2009. She oversees Viterra's public affairs, advertising, communication and corporate social responsibility programs and manages it's investor relations and corporate disclosure policies. Ms. Vancha served as a Vice-President of Investor Relations and Communications of Viterra, Inc. She served as a Vice-President of Communications of Saskatchewan Wheat Pool since 2002. She has held progressively responsible positions with Viterra since joining in 1988 and was instrumental in establishing the Investor Relations Division when it went public in 1996. She played a key role in Viterras restructuring, recapitalization and acquisition of Agricore United. Ms. Vancha is the primary contact with the financial markets and securities administrators and is responsible for all aspects of Viterra's includes its interim and annual reports and regulatory filings. Before joining Viterra, Ms. Vancha was employed by the Government of Saskatchewan's Department of Finance, where she served in the Taxation and Economic Policy Division, the Treasury Board Division and the Investment and Financial Services Branch. She serves as a Director on the Saskatchewan Chamber's Board, is a Member of the Executive Council and Co-chairs the Finance Committee. She served as the Chairman of the Board at Canadian Investor Relations Institute until June 2012. She served as a Director of Canadian Investor Relations Institute since May 2006 until June 4, 2013. She is also a Member of the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce, Alberta Chamber of Commerce and Manitoba Chamber of Commerce. She studied Business Administration at the University of Regina and has completed the Canadian Securities Course and the Investor Relations Executive Development program at York University.
