Dallas J. Howe Director

Biography

 r. Dallas J. Howe is the Owner of DSTC Ltd., and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Howe serves in a management role at GE Medical Systems Information Technology (now includes BDM Information Systems), which he formerly owned. His principal areas of expertise/experience include: Agriculture, e-Commerce/Technology and Governance. Mr. Howe served as the Independent Chairman of Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan Inc. since May 8, 2003 until May 12, 2015 and as its Independent Director since 1991 until May 12, 2015. He served as Presiding Director of Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. He has been a Director at Viterra, Inc., (formerly Saskatchewan Wheat Pool Inc) since March 31, 2005. He serves as a Director of Advanced DataSystems Ltd. He has been a Director of Agricore United since June 2007. Mr. Howe served as Crown corporation from 1982 to 1989. He serves as the Chairman and Member of the University of Saskatchewan Board of Governors. In 1989, he was the first recipient of the Saskatchewan/KPMG Entrepreneur Award. He was recognized in early 2009 by the Institute of Corporate Directors with an ICD Fellowship Award for his leadership in Board Governance. Mr. Howe received a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters in Mathematics from the University of Saskatchewan. He pursued graduate studies in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
