Herbert C. Pinder

Biography

 Mr. Herbert C. Pinder, Jr., also known as Herb, B.Arts, LL.B., MBA, B.A., serves as the President at The Goal Group. Mr. Pinder served as the President at Pinder Drugs, Goal Sports Corp., and Regina Pats Hockey Club. He served as the Chairman at Tethys Energy, Inc. (Canada). He has been a Director of Viterra Inc. since March 2010. He has been an Independent Director at ARC Resources Ltd. since January 1, 2006. He serves as a Director of Huron Energy Corporation; ARC Energy Trust and C.D. Howe Institute and Craft Oil Ltd. He serves as a Director and Trustee at Fraser Institute. He has been Director of Tournament Exploration since December 13, 2005. He serves as a Director of Saskatchewan Wheat Pool and Chairman at Cavalier Enterprises Ltd. He served as Director of Gear Energy Ltd. until June 28, 2012; Silent Witness Enterprises Ltd., since July 1998; Renegade Petroleum Ltd. since April 27, 2013 and Viterra, Inc. from March 2003 to September 23, 2009. He served as a Director of Arc Energy Management Ltd., Manager of ARC Strategic Energy Fund. He served as an Independent Director of C1 Energy Ltd., since September 1, 2003. Mr. Pinder is an experienced corporate Director, having served on the boards of public and private businesses, as well as crown corporations and non-profit organizations. He is a non-practicing lawyer. He is a Member of the Advisory Council for the School of Policy Studies at the University of Calgary. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saskatchewan, Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Manitoba and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard University
