Biography
Mr. Paul J. D. Mullin, Q.C. serves as the Chairman of The Board and General Counsel of ViTRAK Systems Inc. In this position, Mr. Mullin provides the day-to-day legal guidance necessary to protect the ViTRAK’s interests. Mr. Mullin is a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island, the Canadian Bar Association, and was appointed as Queen’s Counsel in 1986.
