Stan Macpherson

Biography

Mr. Stan MacPherson serves as President of Charlottetown Harbour Authority Inc. Mr. MacPherson served as Chairman of Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Mr. MacPherson serves as Director of Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Mr. MacPherson serves as a Director at ViTRAK Systems Inc. He has over 40 years of public accounting, financial and business consulting experience, including over 30 years as a Partner of MacPherson Roche Smith & Associates and its predecessor firms, including Deloitte & Touche, Touche Ross & Company and Ferris MacPherson. He provides financial advisory and consulting services in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, litigation support (expert witness services), economic development and business planning to a wide range of clientele including medium and large PEI businesses, Atlantic regional law firms, and national and provincial financial institutions, as well as various federal and provincial government departments and crown corporations. Active in community and charitable organizations, and is a Past-Char of the Holland College Board of Governors, Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation and the Charlottetown Area Development Corporation, amonth others.
