Biography
Soy has extensive experience in trading, sales and management. He is a strategic planner whose strengths include product knowledge, in-depth analytics and hands-on problem solving. He thrives in challenging, fast-paced environments and adopts a ‘client first’ mindset in all his work. Soy began his career in financial services 16 years ago and has worked at one of Canada's largest banks and brokerage firms holdings various positions in retail banking & brokerage as well as on the trade desk and operations.
