Biography
He received his PhD in comparative public policy from Queen’s University in Kingston in 1996 and his MA in political science was also from Queen’s. Prior to joining Laurier, he was a postdoctoral fellow with the eco-research chair at the School of Policy Studies, Queen’s University (1995-1997), and an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Windsor (1997-2000).
