BA (Hons) Political Science, Glendon College, York University; MA and PhD Political Science, University of Toronto. Taught at Carleton for many years (Public Policy and Administration, Institute of Political Economy, Sociology and Anthropology department). At Laurier since January 2010. Cross-appointed to the Balsillie School of International Affairs.
